Our most important advice to you is to always maintain and protect your investment. Asphalt sealer can be applied by our professionals  as soon as one year after your parking lot or driveway is paved. Sealing freshly layed asphalt is not recommended. Once sealer is applied, your protected surface can last between  2 and 5 years (depending on traffic wear and weather).
